This is creamy and satisfying.  This gluten free dish is so simple to make.  Use the full fat coconut milk.  You can change this recipe up so easy.  With the broccoli add some nutmeg and Parmesan cheese.  Maybe add some Italian sausage with basil, Italian seasoning and oregano.  If dairy tolerant add mozzarella cheese.    

Serves 4 to 6

INGREDIENTS
1 head of broccoli cut up into medium pieces
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups full fat coconut milk
4 pieces chopped cooked bacon 
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 
1 tablespoon butter or ghee
salt and pepper to taste.

Use a knife to test if quiche is done.  When it comes out clean then it is completely cooked

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425F
Butter cast iron or oven safe dish.
Steam or cook broccoli in the microwave just until slightly cooked.  About 4 minutes
Beat eggs, coconut milk and spices.  Add in bacon and slightly cooked broccoli.
Pour into oven safe dish and bake until firm about 15 to 20 minutes
