INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower chopped in a food processor
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 small yellow onion finely chopped (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 cup frozen peas
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tablespoon chopped fine fresh ginger
1/4 cup chopped unsweetened pineapple
1/4 cup coconut Aminos (healthier version of soy sauce from Coconut nectar) or soy sauce
1/4 cup raw cashews
2 tablespoons green onions chopped

This is a tasty way to skip the rice and reduce the carbohydrates.  Rice can cause the blood sugars to rise more than a lower carb food.  When your blood sugars are at healthier levels your body will burn more body fat.  Higher sugars means more fat on the body.  

DIRECTIONS
Rinse and chop fresh cauliflower.  It is easier if you use a food processor.  
Heat large skillet and add in oil. 
Add cauliflower and saute for about 5 minutes.
Add in yellow onions, peas, ginger and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
Add in , soy sauce, pineapple, salt and pepper. 
Take of heat add in nuts and green onions.  Serve immediately.
