This is so easy and rich in omega 3’s and protein.  This is a great fast healthy breakfast!  

 

350 jars

Ingredients
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 cups almond
milk
1 tbsp. maple / 1 dropper/ packet stevia
syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
extract to taste
¼ tsp almond extract (optional)

350 sky view chia

dash of cinnamon

Mix the ingredients together in a Mason jar and let chill in fridge for 30 minutes. The Chia seeds will swell and absorb the milk turning it to a pudding. Add berries, coconut flakes unsweetened or dark chocolate chips. Enjoy!
