Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins- Tasty Tuesday

Delicious and healthy!  Gluten free, Paleo!

Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut flour 14875164_10207494086498791_1569976864_n
1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 bananas
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
(optional 1/2 walnuts chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line muffin tins with paper or silicone liners.
I large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients.  In separate bowl beat wet ingredients.  Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl. Mix with wooden spoon until mixed.  Gently fold in chips and nuts.  Spoon batter in liners about 3/4 full.  Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.  Enjoy
