Delicious healthy snack! Great grab and go satisfying snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flour
3 packages of vanilla Plexus 96 protein or 3 scoop of protein powder.
1 1/2 cups shredding unsweetened coconut flakes
juice and zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
1/2 to 3/4 cup almond milk
(optional) coconut extract
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes to roll balls into

coconut ballsDirections:
Mix all ingredients except the other cup of shredded coconut that you are going to roll the balls into.  Forms balls and roll into shredded coconut.  Place on wax paper.  Chill in refrigerator or freezer.  

Enjoy these snacks without the guilt.
