Coconut Wraps

Ingredients
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk  (coconut milk does add some more calories)
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons melted ghee
pinch of salt
coconut spray for griddle or crepe pan
Paleo, gluten free 
Directions
whisk eggs until completely beaten.  Add in rest of ingredients.  Heat to medium to high heat.  Spray griddle or pan with coconut spray.  Take ladle and ladle 1/4 cup approx onto pan like pancake but thinner.  Spread evenly.  Flip when golden brown.  cool then can freeze with wax paper between each wrap and sealed up tight.

Healthy alternative to tortillas or bread. Gluten free and Paleo friendly.
