Eggnog Smoothie Tasty Tuesday

Here is a great way to get a protein rich healthy breakfast fast!

eggnog1Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk or almond milk

1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup egg whites
1/3 teaspoon rum extract (optional)
1 package Plexus 96 Vanilla protein  or 1 scoop of vanilla protein
1/2 ice
Blend in blender until smooth.
Enjoy!
