2.5 to 3 ounces dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
preheat oven 350F

BROWNIE DIRECTIONS:
In food processor add dates, eggs, soda, vanilla, coconut oil and salt.  Pulse until pureed.  Add to medium mixing bowl.  Add in flours and mix.  Finally fold in chocolate chips.
Place in greased 8×8 casserole pan.  Cook 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.   Allow to completely cool

CARAMEL SAUCE DIRECTIONS:
Add coconut milk, maple syrup and honey to sauce pan over  medium heat.  Stir with wooden spoon until bubbling.  Reduce the heat to very low heat and simmer.  Watch closely.  It burns easy.  Simmer for about 10 minutes.  Take off heat and fold in ghee (not melted) and vanilla.   Set aside and allow to cool.

GANACHE DIRECTIONS:
Add chocolate and coconut milk to sauce pan and turn on very low heat.  Stir with wooden spoon until melted.  This usually takes less then 5 min.  Watch closely, it burns easy.  Add in vanilla.  This goes onto the brownie last but it is best to put the ganache on brownie while the ganache  is still warm.
