Ingredients

4 oz.  Grilled boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
1 small apple
½ cup grapes cut in half
Romaine lettuce
1/8 cup roasted peanuts
1 celery stock chopped

Special sauce
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
½ tablespoon honey
Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl

Directions
add chicken ingredients to medium bowl and add special sauce.  Put on clean romaine leaves.

Enjoy!
You can replace peanuts and peanut butter with roasted almonds and almond butter but I like the peanut butter better with this recipe.   Weight Watchers is 8 point WITHOUT the roasted peanuts and 11 point with roasted nuts.  The celery and apple gives you a nice crunch if you want to save some calories and skip the roasted nuts.
