I grew up having spaghetti and meatballs at least once a week.  Comfort food.  The way the Zucchini is cut, I don’t miss the pasta.  DELICIOUS!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEATBALLS
1 lb. ground turkey
1 to 2 links of chicken Italian sausage
1/3 cup flax seed meal
2 eggs
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ( skip if doing Paleo diet)
1 tablespoon pepper
2 cups of homemade marinara sauce or a jar.  See homemade Italian marinara Sauce here.
DIRECTIONS FOR MEATBALLS
Mix all together except sauce.  Use golf ball size cookie scoop to shape in balls
Spray skillet with a little coconut oil and fry balls until cooked.  Set aside.  
Make sauce and zucchini noodles.

INGREDIENTS FOR ZUCCHINI NOODLES
3 – 4 zucchini cut with spiralizer
1 – 2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Add melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.  
Put in pasta bowl, add sauce and meat balls.  Sprinkle Parmesan on top (optional)
Enjoy!
