Paleo Chocolate Coconut Cookie Bars

I am having so much fun making these different healthy snacks.  This is so tasty Paleo friendly and gluten free treat.  
Serves 20 bars

Paleo, gluten free, clean eating

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almonds chopped small pieces
1/2 cup hazelnuts chopped in small pieces
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut 
1/3 cup almond butter or sunflower nut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 1/2 tablespoon water
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Add flax seed and water in small bowl let soak.  
Place nuts in food processor to chop up nuts quickly.  
If coconut is not shredded fine add that too.

In large mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients except chips.  Make sure to remember the flax seed that are soaking in the small bowl.  After all mixed add in the chips.

Spoon into greased casserole dish and pat down.  Bake for about 15 – 25 minutes.  Cool first before cutting up .  Enjoy!  Yum!
