A delicious way to skip the rice with an Asian twist.  You can whip this dish up fast.   

cauliflower500Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, trimmed and broken up into pieces
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
juice and zest of 1 lime
1 Tablespoon of soy free coconut Aminos (soy sauce alternative) 
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Directions:

Place the cauliflower in a food processor and process until chopped into “rice like grains”  Another slower way would be to grate it with a cheese grater.
Heat the oil in medium frying pan ( I love to use cast iron ) It get’s nice and even heat with cast iron pan.  
Saute for about 5 minutes add all remaining ingredients.  Serve immediately.
