INGREDIENTS

1 cup Paleo Flour Mix or make your own mix (recipe click here)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter or other nut butter
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips
Chocolate coating
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions for brownies
Add avocado, eggs, honey & vinegar in food processor & blend until smooth. Put in mixing bowl and gradually other wet ingredients and then add the other dry ingredients. Spread into casserole dish and cook 350 F for 10 – 15 minutes
When cooled down take cookie scooper and scoop into golf sized balls.  Freeze for 1 to 2 hours. 

Directions for chocolate sauce and making truffles.
In double boiler melt chocolate and oil and then dip the frozen balls into chocolate sauce. 
Place on wax paper and chill.  When cold chocolate covering will get hard.  Enjoy!
