Pina Colada Smoothie

 l Love this smoothie.  It’s a great way to get a good nutritious meal in the morning quick.

Ingredients      Pina Colada

1 cup coconut milk
½ banana
1 Cup frozen pineapples chunks
1 package Plexus 96 Protein Vanilla or 1 scoop of other protein powder
¼ teaspoon rum extract (    )
¼ teaspoon coconut extract. 
¾ cup Greek Plain yogurt
Mix and enjoy.  When using protein powder make sure you look at the label.  Many have added chemicals and sweetened with sugar.  I love The Plexus 96 because it is sweetened with Stevia and has very few  ingredients that I can pronounce.  Can check out here below…
