Tasty Granola Bars

I was going to show a whole bunch of granola bars in this picture to make it look pretty but my family and I ate it too soon.  I only had 2 left to take a picture.  =)  There is no grain in this recipe.

Ingredients
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3/4 cup raw pecan chopped up into pieces
3/4 cup raw Cashews chopped up into pieces
1/2 cup raw almonds chopped up into pieces
5 large pitted dates (first soaked in warm water for 15 min)
1/2 shredded sweeten coconut flakes
1/4 cup chopped raisins
(optional 1/4 cup dried cherries or apricots)
3 to 4 squares of dark chocolate chopped up into pieces.  
Pinch of salt if needed.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl press down in 9×14 inch casserole dish and put in freezer until hardened.  About 2 hours
Cut into bars.  So good.
