Zucchini  Meatball Poppers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
Paleo, healthy, clean meatballs2 cups grated zucchini (leave peal on)
1/2 onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese  (skip if doing Paleo)
1 egg (you may need 2 ) Should hold together well.  
1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
(optional) cut up mozzarella ball into little cubes and place a cube inside each meatball.  (skip if doing Paleo)
1 jar marinara sauce

Directions:

Add all ingredients into mixing bowl except the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.  Mix up all ingredients
Shape into meat balls and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 F until done and centers are cooked through.  
 Heat up the Marinara sauce and Serve with the meatballs.
